In multiple steps, EIT ensures that the products we delivery meet customer requirements:

• understanding customer requirements prior to offer generation or order acceptance,
• conducting an NPI meeting (New Product Introduction) within the Group of companies to review the planned assembly process, which encompasses inspection and data recording points as well,
• use of SPC data to support continuous improvement of processes and products,
• use of our document control/Engineering Change Notice (ECN) system,
• creation of work, test and inspection instructions, including images,
• use of post-build-feedback from our customers for improving our processes.
