"Zollner and EIT began our business relationship in 2009, and since that time we have developed a great deal of respect for each other and this acquisition brings together two great, long-term companies. As a subsidiary of Zollner, we will have access to global resources, and by bringing together these companies, we will be able to offer customers of both EIT and Zollner resources not previously available. This relationship now goes to the next level, and we are excited to be part of the Zollner Group."
“We are pleased to have EIT as part of the Zollner Group. EIT brings experienced employees, qualified management, an intact company culture and a solid customer base. With this move, we can serve our existing customers in an expanded US market. We also expect to utilize Zollner’s global presence to bring great advantages for EIT.”
This transfer to the Zollner Group opens up new perspectives for our company as well as for our employees and customers. The combination of the two companies allows us to further expand our competencies in terms of performance spectrum, know-how, technology as well as our EMS customer base and global presence in the EMS market. Of course, all our projects will continue without any delay.
