EIT works to develop the skills and capabilities of our staff. The process begins with an orientation when hired and continues throughout employment with EIT. EIT utilizes IPC based training programs in all EIT facilities.

Training Programs include:

  • Orientation program for all new staff members
  • In house ESD training & compliance program
  • On-going training programs on component ID, print and schematic interpretation and mechanical assembly
  • On-going solder, cable and IPC based workmanship training programs
  • Use of external training resources including seminars, webinars and conferences
  • Use of technical and community college programs for specialized programs such as CNC machine programming & initial solder training
