EIT awarded a 2015 Service Excellence Award from Circuits Assembly at the 2015 APEX Tradeshow in San Diego

EIT LLC of Sterling was recently awarded a 2015 Service Excellence Award from Circuits Assembly at the 2015 APEX Tradeshow in San Diego. The award recognized EIT as having the highest customer rating in Responsiveness among Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers with annual sales from $20 million to $100 million competing in this worldwide event.

EIT’s customers provided input in five areas (dependability & timely delivery, responsiveness, technology, value and quality) and a panel of industry experts followed up on their responses. EIT placed at the top for Responsiveness and near the top in all other categories evaluated in the 23rd year that this event has been held.

David Faliskie, EIT President and COO was on hand with key EIT staff members attending Apex to accept the award. Faliskie commented that, “EIT is very proud of the award and the feedback from the many EIT customers surveyed across our multiple facilities. Our goal, when we gauge our performance against our industry peers, is to not only be the best in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions but to always be the “best overall” worldwide. EIT was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Sterling, Virginia with additional operations in Danville, VA and Salem, NH. EIT provides Electronic Manufacturing and Engineering Services (EMS) for medical, telecommunications, industrial/instrument, aerospace and defense customers.

EIT has a strong engineering team that supports customers with design, layout and prototype production services. EIT has a dedicated resources to provide mechanical assembly (box build) and worldwide order fulfillment. EIT provides EMS support services including cable and specialty wire harness design, precision machine and sheet metal operations and conformal coating services.

EIT also designs, manufactures, assemblies, calibrates and supports a proprietary line of radiometers and instruments that measure UV in industrial applications. The products help with process design and process control in applications that use UV to cure inks, coatings, adhesives and resins and are distributed worldwide.
