EIT Customer Service starts with understanding customer expectations and requirements before the build is started. Service is coordinated through the EIT Project Manager (PM), utilizing the knowledge and resources of our production, quality, engineering, purchasing and management staff. We encourage regular meetings to discuss delivery & quality metrics as well as look at ways to better work and serve our customers.

Support after EIT delivers a product is also important to EIT and is also coordinated through the PM.
