As Director, Business Development, Jeff is responsible for creating partnerships with our customers that result in revenue generation, profitability and customer success within Southern VA, NC and the surrounding region. Jeff has 22 years of experience in sales and program management in the Electronics Manufacturing Services industry with Tier I, II and III companies. Jeff is based in North Carolina and is focused on supporting OEMs in the Carolinas region.
Jay Colognori joined EIT in March of 2018. His career spans from electronic design at the board and IC levels to various application and sales engineering positions in the microelectronics industry with a focus on semiconductors, display technologies, PCB design and fabrication, and Electronic Manufacturing Services. He has supported mid-Atlantic customers in all markets for over 25 years. He holds BSEE from Virginia Tech and a MSEE from The University of Virginia. Jay is based in Richmond, Virginia and his focus is suppport of OEMs in Virginia and Maryland.
Bill graduated from Grove City College with a BS degree in Chemistry in 1989. Having been in technical sales since 1990, including electronics contract manufacturing since 2009, he understands the market and where to find the best fit for EIT. Bill identifies key customer requirements and ensures that EIT is able to exceed their expectations. As an extension of each customer’s team, he emphasizes strong communications in helping facilitate first-class customer service. Bill is based in Pennsylvania and is focused on supporting OEMs in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
Bill joined EIT in March 2017 and took over EMS business development responsibilities for our new purpose-built, state-of-the-art Leesburg corporate office and manufacturing facility. Bill is married with two children and enjoys fishing, hunting and various sports.
Jim Raymont, Director EIT UV Instrument Sales
Jim Raymont, Director UV Instrument Sales, joined EIT in 1993 and has been involved with the sales, marketing and product development of EIT's UV Instruments since 1996. He speaks frequently and has authored numerous articles on UV measurement and process control. He was inducted into the Academy of Screen & Digital Printing Technology in 2012.
Prior to joining EIT, Jim spent thirteen years in technical sales, marketing and management, and six years as a high school science educator. He holds a BS in Science Education from The Ohio State University.
