People

People are EIT’s greatest resource. 

Consistency in EIT staff leads to consistency in producing good quality products.

EIT's philosophy has been able to:

  • Attract key people that either have the skills needed or are willing to learn the skills needed to contribute
  • Train staff once they have joined the EIT team. EIT in 2010 created a full time in-house position to train the staff in our facilities.  EIT also encourages participation in external certification programs, seminars and webinars to help our employees develop.
  • Develop & Mentor existing employees.  Several of our supervisors and managers have worked their way up. EIT also offers a tuition reimbursement program
  • Retain employees and minimize turnover.
