Train staff once they have joined the EIT team. EIT in 2010 created a full time in-house position to train the staff in our facilities. EIT also encourages participation in external certification programs, seminars and webinars to help our employees develop.
Develop & Mentor existing employees. Several of our supervisors and managers have worked their way up. EIT also offers a tuition reimbursement program
