Equipment

The production and manufacturing equipment at EIT is maintained on a regular preventative maintenance schedule. We also invest in new equipment and technologies as needed for specific opportunities. 

Example of recent equipment purchases and upgrades include:

• Siemens SMT production lines recently upgraded with new screen printers (Top right)
• Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems in-line with each of EIT’s four SMT lines (Bottom Right)
• Selective Solder Systems added to bring the total number of units at EIT to three
• Updated BGA rework station & support equipment added
• Nitrogen Generation capabilities added
• In-line cleaner added to replace batch cleaner
• Machine and sheet metal capabilities
