EMS - Electronic Manufacturing Services

EMS services are at the core of what we do. We currently operate four Siemens based Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines with three lines in Sterling, VA and one line in our Danville, VA facility. Having similar production lines gives us flexibility and capacity on where to run assemblies. EIT also continues to support through-hole technology (THT) for our customers.

• Soldering via Reflow Ovens, Wave Flow, Selective Soldering Systems as well as Hand Soldering
• Double Sided Mixed Technology
• Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

  • Quad Flat Pack (QFP) to 12 mil pitch
  • BGA & Micro BGA placements with 3D X-ray and Air-Vac rework station in house
  • Rigid, Flex and Rigid-Flex Assemblies
• Automated Through Hole Technology (THT) Production
