Training

EIT works to develop the skills and capabilities of our staff.  The process begins with an orientation when hired and continues throughout employment with EIT.  EIT has a full time IPC certified trainer on staff to oversee & coordinate training in all EIT facilities.

Training Programs include:

• Orientation program for all new staff members
• In house ESD training & compliance program
• On-going training programs on component ID, print and schematic interpretation and mechanical assembly
• On-going solder, cable and IPC based workmanship training programs
• Use of external training resources including seminars, webinars and conferences
• Use of technical and community college programs for specialized programs such as CNC machine programming & initial solder training
