We have established a network of global suppliers and works together with our customers to understand their needs and the best strategy to purchase materials for their programs. Are customers looking for best cost, best lead time or minimal residual on materials?
EIT builds the majority of customer assemblies on a ‘turn-key’ basis in which we purchase and manage the materials. Turn-Key assemblies allow EIT to manage ever changing lead times, end-of-life and obsolescence issues.
EIT, especially on new or prototype builds, also works with customer furnished materials for all or part of an assembly. We also have the ability to manage and track customer owned inventory stored in our facility.
