Project Management

EIT assigns a Project Manager (PM) to each customer. The EIT PM becomes the primary point of contact for the customer. In addition to scheduling and working with the customer on product deliveries, the PM coordinates documentation, revision changes, component, manufacturing, test and quality issues with the rest of the EIT team.
