ExpressIT™ Quick-Turn Assembly Service

EIT recognized the need to support Rapid New Product Introductions by establishing the ExpressIT™ prototyping and short-run, pre-production assembly service. This focused service provides quick-turn delivery of new designs or small quantities at competitive prices. The service includes the material, process, and quality controls typically found in a production environment without the scheduling restrictions.

ExpressIT™ utilizes highly skilled and experienced technicians.

• Service from this quick response team supports multiple revisions to your design, whether turn-key or consigned materials, and allows you to make-up or accelerate time-to-market for your new or revised product.

• Jalil Faieq, with over 15 years of electronics manufacturing experience, manages the group and is accountable for meeting your schedule. Dedicated scheduling and purchasing personnel are responsible for bringing all of EIT's extensive resources to bear to fulfill the customer's quick-turn needs.

• The ExpressIT™ service supports both through-hole and surface mount packaging technologies. Surface mount capabilities include the placement of ultra-fine pitch components to 15 mils, BGA's with as many as 1,300 'balls,' micro BGA's, and passives to 0402.

• The ExpressIT™ service also supports and extends the capabilities of EIT's award winning design engineering department.

• ExpressIT™ utilizes highly skilled and experienced technicians. Facilities include a dedicated surface mount line, backed up by a state-of-the-art production facility and extensive process engineering resources.
